I would suggest using Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Healing. It absorbs into the skin quickly and doesnt leave that oily feeling. Also try the olay mouse lotion! Another great thing for skin is Vitamin E lotion. Super cheap. It takes a little bit longer to absorb and you need very little, but it is one of the best things for your skin! Hope this helps.

Keep the room temperature cool as well and if you have a humidifier on your furnace, make sure you use it to keep the air from drying out.
Use products that contain oatmeal which is very soothing for itchy skin. Alternatively, you can actually use plain old ordinary oatmeal (not the instant kind). Put a handful into a clean handkerchief or other square of fabric and tie it up tightly to maka a little bag of oatmeal. Toss it into your bath and when it is nice and soggy, squeeze the “juice” into the water.
Vitamin E and Evening Primrose oil capsules can be taken as well.

Emu oil is best, you could use ordinary cooking oil or water-based lube. Hand moisturizer may be ok but be sure to wash it off after. If stretching it exceptionally difficult, wait longer. Happy stretching!

Coconut oil seems more persuasive to me than jojoba, but what’s your opinion? Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, or both?
