What is the best kind of primer to use under foundation?

I have large pores.

Im on accutane so I have kind of dry skin, it’s not too dry though.
But after I apply moisturizer (cetaphil cream) and sunscreen (elta md) my face is left EXTREMELY shiny. I use Estee Lauder double wear Light foundation.

Anyways
I have huge pores on my nose and cheeks and I am considering buying a primer.
Should I look for one made for normal to dry skin? Or normal to oily skin since thats basically what my face is after the sunscreen?

What are your recomendations?

Try makeup forever’s face primer. I dont wear foundation but it got very good reviews.

eye cream with vitamin k

Stress, sleep deprivation and alcohol are just some of the reasons why people experience eye bags, raccoon eyes and development of crow’s feet or wrinkles. It has been reported that 9 out of 10 people will experience dark circles and puffiness in the eye area during some point in their lives. While most of us will be affected by this problem, the causes are not all the same.

Under eye bags and dark circles can make you look tired, unhealthy, older and less attractive than you normally look. The delicate skin around them is also the most susceptible to the effects of aging and stress. There are many eye creams available on the market and the manufacturers of these products seem to all claim that their product will effectively solve the problem. Unfortunately, many of these eye creams or gels only target simple skin problems. It is quite rare to find one product that can safely and effectively deal with the concurrent issues of eye bags, raccoon eyes, crow’s feet, wrinkles and premature aging of the skin surrounding the eyes.

One eye product that has been creating quite a stir in the beauty and cosmetic industry is Eyelastin, manufactured by Dermagevity Skin Care. The product was developed specifically to reduce both eye puffiness and the appearance of dark circles under the eyes. So what makes this product stand out from the rest? To find out, let’s look at what it offers.

Provides Well-Hydrated, Smoother And Youthful Looking Skin

The key to a youth looking is skin is moisture. One component in Eyelastin that keeps moisture locked in the skin is Hyaluronic Acid. This ingredient is coined as the best moisturizing ingredient because it can carry as much as one thousand times its weight in water. As a result, Hyaluronic Acid can effectively plump up the skin, as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Banishes Dark Circles

One of the reasons why Eyelastin has been shown to be very effective at banishing “raccoon eyes” is its inclusion of ample amounts of Vitamin K in its’ formula. Many studies have confirmed the efficiency of Vitamin K in reducing skin discoloration in the eye area. Thus, people with dark circles around their twin orbs can benefit a lot from this vitamin.

Reduces Puffy Eyes

In order to ease swelling and bloating in the sensitive eye area, it is important to boost the blood flow in the area and reduce inflammation. The specific ingredient in Eyelastin that targets inflammation and helps bolster blood circulation is Arnica. Arnica ( Arnica montana) has been used for medicinal purposes since the 1600′s and remains extremely popular today. Applied topically as a cream, ointment, liniment, salve, or tincture, arnica has been used by both Europeans and Native Americans to soothe muscle aches, reduce inflammation, and heal wounds.

Slows Down Skin Aging, Minimizes The Appearance Of Fine Lines And Wrinkles

Eyelastin uses an advanced proprietary skin penetrating osmotic delivery system that is known as Eyelastin Nanoderm Technology. This proprietary and unique delivery system has become a cornerstone for the Eyelastin product and it’s positive anti-aging capabilities. Clinical trials have demonstrated that this specific technology maximizes the effectiveness of the Eyelastin product because it can reach deeper into the skin and right into hard-to-reach areas.

Other important ingredients of Eyelastin that help in keeping the skin around the eyes youthful looking and free of wrinkles are Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (also known as Matrixyl 3000) and Palmitoyl Oligopeptide (also known as Argiriline). These two substances have been clearly shown in scientific clinical studies to promote collagen production and development of connective tissue. In fact, these ingredients are touted as an effective alternative to tretinoin.

As the history of the manufacturer Dermagevity Skin Care has shown throughout the years, the company continues to provide top-notch formulas that will benefit the skin, Eyelastin is certainly no different. Considering its mechanism of action and high safety profile, Eyelastin should certainly meet the needs of most people in countering their daily battles with eye bags, puffy eyes, and crow’s feet. Overall, I really do like this product.

eye cream eyelids

Removing skin tags is a fairly simple thing to do and can be done at home.

Some people like to go to the doctor in order to have this done, either because they are squeamish and do not like to take care of it themselves or because they don’t want to run the risk of something going wrong.

If you follow some simple directions, however, the procedure is relatively safe and easy to take care of. There are times, however, whenever you may want to go to a doctor in order to have this procedure done.

A good example of this is when you are having eyelid skin tag removal done. Because it is so close to the eye, you may not want to treat it exactly the same as you would a normal skin tag. Unfortunately, eyelid skin tags are some of the most common that are found in those that are prone to this type of skin condition. Even though the skin tags are benign and relatively harmless, having them on your eyelids can be a constant irritant because you blink so many times during the day.

Removing them by snipping them off or tying little pieces of string around the base of the skin tag in order to cut off the circulation and kill it are fairly common. Doing this in the area of your eye, however, can cause additional problems that you would want to take into consideration. I don’t know about you, but I would not want to use scissors or a razor blade that close to such a precious organ.

Eyelid skin tag removal, even if it is taken care of at the doctor is typically done in the same way as other types of skin tags. More than likely, they will be snipped off of the area with a sharp surgical tool and a Band-Aid will be applied in order to control the bleeding. The main difference between having it done by a doctor and doing it yourself is that you run less of a risk of something going wrong and damaging your eye.
