For ACNE: Hav u used or wud u recommend using aloe vera gel as moisturizer instead of a regular moisturizer?
I cleanse, use benzoyl peroxide and then use a moisturizer.
I think it’s the moisturizers I use that keep clogging my pores even though they say “non-comedogenic”. However I NEED a moisturizer or else my skin will dry out and cause more acne.
Is this aloe vera gel a better alternative?
Will it be less irrating?
Is it ok to use on the face?
Will it clog pores?
I got it from CVS. It says 100% pure aloe vera gel. It contains no alcohol.
These are the ingredients:
ALOE VERA GEL, TRIETHANOLAMINE, TOCOPHERYL ACETATE, CARBOMER 940, TETRASODIUM EDTA, DMDM HYDANTOIN, DIAZOLIDINYL UREA.
Aloe vera is like an astringent, but I think it will help your skin heal. Try it.
