Is it necessary to put on oil free lotion after you put on serums?
I just got this “anti aging” serum by Revlon and it tells you to put on lotion after you apply the lotion
is this necessary because since the serum is really watery, it dries out your skin? or is it something elese?

I don’t think it is 100% necessary but it probably increases the results of the product.
