The creams on the market are so expensive, so much in fact they all have security tags on them, but before I invest in such a product I want to know if they actually work???
Yes – its called retinol and you get it from skin clinics – its about £40 a tube – you use it for life and it does actually work. Keeping out of the sun is also the best tip. And not drinking,smoking or getting less than 6 hrs sleep per night. But im sure you look very young anyway.

deep moisturizers with alpha hydroxy acids will help. so will retinoids like retin-a. these will exfoliate your skins and reduce wrinkles.
I’ve tried so many different foundations.
I started with dream matte mousse, but realised it just doesnt stay on for long, then i moved onto clinique anti aging,
but i just looked too caked.
now im using dream matte foundation, i’ve been back and fore to soo many!
i’ve heard MAC studio fix foundation is good, i’ve been looking at reviews and stuff, so i was wondering if anyone would recommend it or whateverr…
The only thing is, i dont want to look caked, i use tan, and dont really have any problems with my skin so dont really need it.

I use Mac Studio Sculpt Foundation, it’s the gel-based one. I’m only 15 so obviously the money I had to fork out was a little bit of a problem. The coverage and all that stuff is worth it, but I don’t have the studio fix one so I can’t say. I CAN tell you though, that Mac is known very well for breaking people out. I can tell you it broke me out in painful cystic acne so I only use it for special occasions. Mac does not have a set return policy. At the time of purchase, when I asked them what their return policy was, I remember word for word what the man said: “Umm.. well we don’t really have one! If you don’t like it, just bring it back with everything and we can refund it for you.” Since Mac is a department store, they will just take it back as long as you used only a reasonable amount and will stock it and re-ues it for the “Try Me” products, if you know what I mean. So go to the counter with a clean face, and have them try it out on you. Then go shopping for a few hours, and then if you like the results and staying power, go ahead and purchase it. If not, then it’s not for you.
ALWAYS remember to moisturize, even if you’re oily skinned like I am. If not, there is still a moisturizer made for every skin type. Maybe that is the reason your foundation goes on cakey. I use a simply Clean & Clear Oil-Free Dual Action Moisturizer.
I also use a primer, Smashbox Photofinish with Dermaxyl Complex (don’t really know what that means but ok) + SPF. Primer will fill in any fine lines on your face, pores, or anything that can prevent you from putting on your foundation smoothly. Try Mac’s Prep + Prime, or Nars Primer, or the one I have. Even Revlon has one.

-eat cod liver oil for ‘glowing’ skin. (they’ve improved the taste)

anti aging cream? No way! You’re young, plus that stuff doesn’t really work anyways.
If you want to avoid wrinkles, wear sunscreen, even in the winter. tinted moisturizers usually have SPF in them.
As for skin care, it really depends on your type of skin. At any age, but especially in your early 20s, everyone’s skin is different, so it’s hard to give you an answer without more specifics on your skin. Exfoliating is good (face wash with grit-like texture in it), as is oil-free moisturizer.
Recently I’ve noticing people who are growing older, and they seems to be very uncomfortable with the changes in themselves. Some become gym addicts but the exercise systems can only do so much. The anti aging drugs are fake has anyone got any ideas beside alcohol ?

Salmon is high in Omega 3 and 6 and many articles says it is anti aging, can give me some testimonials they look younger especially if you have taken lots of salmon, I do take lots of green tea and recently started on a fish diet, thank you.

Is HGH deficiency in children the fountain of youth?
I was looking up people who look younger than their age and i came across Andy Milonakis’ name in a forum.
This guy is 35 and looks and sounds like a 14 year old kid. He attributes his look to a Human Growth Hormone deficiency.
But then, trying to find more things on HGH and youth, i was surprised that everywhere HGH deficiency was listed as a disease. And HGH therapy is considered an anti-aging treatment.
What? Isn’t HGH the one that makes you age in the first place?
And shouldn’t HGH deficiency in children be encouraged, since remaining young has been humanity’s quest since time immemorial?
First, these individuals with hGH deficiency do not live longer. Second, it’s not fun being unlike the rest of the population, especially when you are a child or a teen.
Finally, hGH as an anti-aging substance will prove to be a myth, an expensive scam. You read it here first.

That foundation in canada doesn’t have the anti aging in the title. But anyways, your never to young to start protecting your skin from aging, and wrinkles.
Seeing the title im pretty sure it should give you a dewy look, but i know for sure that SUPER MOISTURE MAKE UP foundation gives a very dewy finish since i did use it for a bit.
But yeah I don’t think you would have any problem using anti aging foundation, or that one. It should give you a dewy look and if it doesnt just return it, they have a really good return policy.

Health benefits of silica and fish oil supplements?
My friend recommended silica and cod liver oil supplements to help clear up my complexion, and make my skin more even toned (I always do natural treatments, never chemical filled goop from the drugstore). I have never had acne before (I’m 20), but all of a sudden, it’s come up for no reason, and I’d like for it to quickly go away.
But anyways, while researching on the internet, I found that silica and cod liver oil have other health benefits too, like anti-aging properties and help with concentration. Does anyone have any personal experiences with other benefits from either of the supplement they’d like to share? Also, about how long until I start noticing a difference (I know it won’t happen overnight, but I’ve heard of supplements working within weeks, and others that take months)????

Fish oils do have some health benefits. They are rich in Omega fatty acids. Useful when taken internally only though.

You may want to be more specific. This is typically a problem that White American women worry about. I’m African American and I’ve noticed we don’t spend money on these things because we age very well. I’m quite sure Asian women will agree because they naturally age very well also.
To answer your question as best I can I will say that women around the globe are looked at as being of more value the younger they are, that’s why you have cultures that marry off young girls, and in the USA, you have men that would rather date a young lady or even a 18 year old girl! Most of the time men cheat on their wives, its for a younger lady whom, may in turn make him feel more free from his husband and possibly fatherly duties. I guess to appear more youthful is to appear more valubale to the opposite sex.

anti-aging products are great for your skin, even at a young age. Many younger women are starting to use anti-aging products because they are great for preventing premature wrinkles or fine lines. I think it would be fine if you used it, its not going to do anything bad to your skin, if anything, it will just prevent premature wrinkles and prolong your smooth skin.
