I want t c a dermatologist, do I need to be referred by my GP? How much would it cost privately? i want to correct sundamaged skin/pigmentation. any advice on pigmentation etc would help on ow to reduce/get rid of it

You have the right to ask your GP to refer you, privately the cost varies depending on how reknowed the Dr is, usually a mint! The best advise is stay out of the sun or block it out and use shea butter of cocoa butter moisturiser on the effected parts, daily.
