How To

Fill the tub with warm water. As the tub fills, sprinkle approximately one-third of the container’s contents over the water, allowing the salt crystals to dissolve quickly. Enter the bath and soak for twenty minutes. Do not use with water recirculating systems. Safe for all skin types.

How To

Fill the tub with warm water. As the tub fills, gently pour one-quarter of the bottle’s contents throughout the bathwater. Soak for 20 minutes. Use daily or weekly, depending on the reduction of discomfort. When soaking hands or feet, add enough Vītl Waters® Restorative Therapy Water to cover the afflicted body part.

A compress, soaked in the Vītl Waters mineral water, can also be effectively used as well. Just put a compress on the area of discomfort for 20 minutes.

Repeat daily or 2 – 3 x per day, depending on the discomfort level, for a minimum of 21 days for the best results.
